Tophe Rice Bran Oil, Pure and Natural
  • Excellent source of Vitamin E and gamma Oryzanol
  • Highest smoke point, 490 F
  • Perfect for grilling, salad dressings, baking
  • No Cholesterol, No trans fatty acids, No GMO, All Natural
  • Healthy and All Natural
Tophé All Natural Rice Bran Oil is perfect and healthy for cooking and salad dressings. Available in bottles, 1/2 gallons, and in 35 lb bulk (for deep friers, frying turkeys, turduckens, french fries, and restaurant use). Why Tophé? For grilling, you need an oil with a high smoke point, the point at which oil starts to smoke. When cooking, you don't want your oil to smoke, because it imparts a negative flavor to the foods. Tophé Rice Bran Oil's smoke point is 490 degrees F, higher than even grapeseed oil (480 degrees) or peanut oil (450 degrees). This means that even in the hottest of situations, Tophé won't smoke or breakdown. Your foods will taste better, and they will be less likely to stick to the grill or griddle. Tophé Pure Rice Bran Oil is the secret to Japanese Tempura, and works wonderfully as a base for salad dressings. It has no flavor, emulsifies easily, and leaves foods tasting crisp and clean. Tophé is 100% pure rice bran oil. Tophé is a rich source of Vitamin E, an anti-oxidant. Tophé is also a rich in the antioxidant gamma-oryzanol. Tophé has NO cholesteral and NO trans fatty acids. It is low in saturated fat. Tophé is GMO Free and All Natural. Tophé is also rich in oleic and linoleic fatty acids. Tophé is naturally free of trans fatty acids (TFA's).

I have been using rice bran oil since my cardiologist recommended it in the Spring of 2010. Rice bran oil has the highest phytosterol level. Search: List of Foods (with High Phytosterol)That Help Lower Serum Cholesterol.
This oil has almost no taste except for a very slight nutty taste. I use it for all my oil needs except for occasional use of olive oil for taste. This brand has the best price point and is also available in 1/2 gallons - which I use to refill the attractive 12.7 oz bottle. The more you buy the more cost effective the shipping expenses so I buy a few 1/2 gallons & share with my mom.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really like this oil, October 18, 2012

Have switched totally to rice bran oil from olive & canola because of all the health reviews I have
read. Had used another brand with a much darker container which is supposed to be better for oil
rancidity but I keep my oils in a cupboard so don't worry about that issue. Like the price value very
much so will continue to order in the future.

This oil is easy to cook with it - so far no burning/odors from cooking with it.
Have really gotten used to the taste of it - even use it on popcorn. A very light oil textured
which I like.

Wow, my husband and I have been praying for something like this...oil we can use guiltlessly and still lose weight! Make no mistake, my husband and I workout and eat very healthy majority of the time. However, we feel having this oil has made a difference in helping reduce fat in our bodies! The oil is doesn't add any flavor to foods...but the food does taste great! We've used it for deep frying...food are very crispy! The oil lasts a much longer time in the deep fryer and the food REALLY doesn't absorb the oil and become greasy like other oils! We've used it for making dressing...it works great and doesn't add any funny tastes, just enhances! We've even used it to saute foods and had the same results...great tasting food!

We're going to continue to make this the only oil we use!

I'll admit, I ordered this product after it was recommended on the Dr. Oz show. I use it while cooking, instead of olive oil to saute and as a substitution for butter or vegetable oil in all recipes. I have been using it for 3 months and I have overall been very pleased with it. I don't notice any difference or change to texture or taste when using it as a substitution.

Ideally, it would be lower in calories, but comparatively is similar to other oils and butters. It is more of the 'good' kind of fat, so I continue to use it.
